因业务整合，原时光档案馆（Time Archive of China）正式更名为花名星海档案馆（Xinghai Archive of The Name of China），域名由原来的【www.ta.ac.cn】正式更改为【archive.huar.net】。

　　同时，原时光档案馆域名将启用301重定向，跳转到新域名，并逐步关闭使用。
